Processing Time

Life Ring aims to process and dispatch all orders within 10–15 business days from the date the order is received by our shipping partner. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During peak seasons, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer due to high order volumes. In case of any significant delay, our team will notify you via email.

Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s) sent to your registered email address.

Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor your package in real time while it’s in transit.

Damages

At Life Ring, we take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely. However, we are not liable for items that are damaged or lost during transit without shipping insurance.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim. Be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged goods, as these may be required for inspection during the claims process.
